隔热原理How It Works
没有贴膜的玻璃，大部分太阳能量直接穿进屋里，造成闷热和家私褪色。窗膜会把一部分反射出去、一部分吸收掉。Untreated glass lets most solar energy straight through, causing hot spots and faded furnishings. Window film reflects part of it away and absorbs part of it.

选膜指南Buying Guide
隔热高，不一定耐用；隔热低，也不一定不好。重点是看你家的状况。Higher heat rejection isn't always better, and lower isn't always worse. It depends on your home.
STEP 01
客厅如果本来就被车房遮住，30–40% 隔热就够了。睡房如果直接被太阳晒，就要选至少 70–80%。A living room already shaded by the porch only needs 30–40%. A bedroom in direct sun needs at least 70–80%.
建议：Tip: 住排楼的话，楼上用至少 75% 隔热，没被晒到的窗口 40% 就很好了。In a terrace house, use at least 75% upstairs; 40% is plenty for windows out of the sun.
STEP 02
反光膜能把一部分红外线反射出去，进一步降低室温，白天也有隐私效果。Reflective film bounces part of the infrared back out, lowering room temperature further and adding daytime privacy.
要知道：Good to know: 晚上室内开灯时，从外面反而看得比较清楚，拉上窗帘就解决了。At night with the lights on, it's easier to see in — simply draw the curtains.
STEP 03
不想要反光，又想要隐私？可以选比较暗的膜：外面看不进，你却能清楚看到外面。Want privacy without the mirror look? A darker film keeps people from seeing in while you still see out clearly.
要知道：Good to know: 室内会比较暗。办公室或 home office 想要阳光的话，不建议太暗的膜。Rooms will be darker. For offices or a home office that needs daylight, avoid very dark film.
行家内幕Insider Tip
很多无名厂的膜，Catalogue 写的隔热 % 很高、价钱又便宜，但用仪器一测就差很远，而且 1–2 年就开始退化。Many unbranded films print impressive numbers at a low price — but a meter tells a different story, and they start degrading within 1–2 years.

常见问题FAQ
不一定。要看窗口有没有直接被太阳晒。没被晒到的窗口 30–40% 就够，直晒的房间才需要 70–80% 以上。选对了，效果好又不用多花钱。Not necessarily. Shaded windows only need 30–40%; rooms in direct sun need 70–80% or more. Matching the film to the window saves money without losing comfort.
很多无名厂膜刚开始看不出问题，但 1–2 年就开始褪色、起皱、起泡，隔热效果下降。到时候要拆掉重做，拆工大约 RM3/sqft，加起来比一次做品牌膜更贵。Many unbranded films look fine at first but fade, wrinkle and bubble within 1–2 years. Removal costs around RM3/sqft, so redoing it ends up costing more than branded film from the start.
正确的膜贴在完好的玻璃上，很少出问题。但如果选错膜，或玻璃本身有裂痕、窗框太紧、温差变化大，就可能造成热应力破裂。所以我们会先看你的玻璃种类和日晒情况，再建议合适的膜。The right film on undamaged glass rarely causes problems. The wrong film — especially on glass with existing flaws, tight framing or sharp temperature changes — can lead to thermal stress fracture. That's why we check your glass type and sun exposure before recommending a film.
会。晚上室内开灯时，从外面看进来会比较清楚。只要拉上窗帘就可以了。Yes — at night with the lights on, it's easier to see in from outside. Drawing the curtains solves it.
可以要求现场做 Transmission Meter Test 或 BTU meter test，用仪器量出真实数据，不要只看 Catalogue。Ask for an on-site Transmission Meter or BTU meter test to measure the real figures instead of relying on the catalogue.
